Users must provide accurate account information and are responsible for the activity that occurs under their Theodore& account. Access may depend on connected providers, workspace permissions, and service availability.

Theodore& is provided for business productivity workflows. Users may use Theodore to create, edit, analyze, and organize work in supported files and workspaces, but may not use Theodore& for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or misuse of third-party systems.

Users are responsible for the providers, files, workspaces, and third-party services they connect to Theodore&. By sharing files or connecting services, users confirm that they have the right to authorize Theodore& to access and process that material for the requested workflow.

Theodore helps produce drafts, files, and recommendations, but users remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, sharing it externally, or using it in high-stakes decisions.

Paid Theodore& subscriptions may be offered to eligible accounts. The BYO Provider Pro plan is a Theodore platform subscription; OpenAI, Anthropic, or other provider usage remains billed by the connected provider. Prices, renewal timing, taxes, cancellation, refunds, and Merchant-of-Record terms are shown during checkout and in the applicable plan documentation.

We may suspend or terminate access if Theodore& is used in violation of these terms, creates security or legal risk, or threatens the integrity of the service. Users may stop using Theodore& at any time.

Theodore& is provided on an evolving basis and may change over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theodore& disclaims warranties not expressly stated and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
